Which guitar should I get?
I want a new guitar, and I'm trying to decide between these three. I prefer guitar players, but anyone else who ISN'T going to base it on looks is welcome.
1. A fender(sunburst):http://www.guitarcenter.com/Fender-Classic-Player-Jazzmaster-Special-Electric-Guitar-104907183-i1397677.gc
2. Another Fender(Black):http://www.guitarcenter.com/Fender-Classic-Series--69-Telecaster-Thinline-Electric-Guitar-510123-i1146282.gc
2. A cheap(er) Gibson(Fireburst Gold Hardware):http://www.guitarcenter.com/Gibson-Les-Paul-Studio-Electric-Guitar-101392843-i1149141.gc
3. A very cheap Gretsch(sunburst): http://www.guitarcenter.com/Gretsch-Guitars-G5120-Electromatic-Hollowbody-Electric-Guitar-103867990-i1166376.gc
4. The new Hagstrom: http://www.guitarcenter.com/Hagstrom-Jazz-Model-HJ-600-Semi-Hollow-Electric-Guitar-513357-i1168173.gc
It is your preference really. Whatever feels right. It's tough when you are ordering online before you play them. I always liked Fender because the necks were skinny and they were easy to play. I used to have a Gretsch and it was a heavy guitar. If it were these guitars and I had to choose, I would probably go with the Gibson. All around a great instrument. Soundwise you can't beat it. The Fenders have always sounded twangy to me, but they are a fast playing guitar if you like lead. Good luck. They all look nice though.
